transferring books from iPhone to mac

Dears

please tell me how can I transfer my books and pdf files ( saved on ibooks on my iPhone ) to my Mac Pc ?

I used EI, it didn't work , and anyTrans which wasn't available for me .

please tell me if they could be transferred by sync in iTunes .
