    From a computer you can log in to https://www.icloud.com/ and view and delete most items.

    That link also has information on how you can manage other items from either a computer or an iPhone/iPad.


    For most items, from an iPhone/iPad you can view and delete items directly from apps. Photos in iCloud Photo Library for example are viewed and deleted from the Photos app on the phone.

    If you have iOS 9 or later installed on an iPhone/iPad you can view/delete from the iCloud Drive app.
