Every browser I use, I get popups in other tabs. Its really bad on the Apple Website, and AdwareMedic is incompatible with my version of OS X, what do I do?

How do I remove this Adware or stop it from doing this?

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.7.5), OS X Lion is latest for my computer
