Q: unatherized charges also need to get my cc off the ipad

I put my debit card on my sons ipad to pay for 2 games. I was not aware that it meant he could buy what he wants when he wants. I need my cc off of the ipad and i'm not sure how to. I also do not approve any games that were bought other then :

In no way did i allow these other games to be bought. I was charged two times for a game that was 99.99. please help me with getting these charges fixed and also getting my card off.

This link is for changing your payment info: Change or remove your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support
This link is to set up restrictions: About Restrictions (parental controls) on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support if you set up restrictions you can make it so no in app purchases or apps can be bought by your son. Don't lose the passcode though or you will need to wipe the device.
