Whenever I ask Siri to shuffle play Rammstein, it always comes up with 'Sorry, I can't find that.' But I know that Rammstein is in my music, plus when I ask Siri to shuffle play playlists with Rammstein in it, there is no problem...

Have you tried saying "Play Rammstein in my music"?
I don't want to sound rude, but this might be a problem with pronunciation. You're either pronouncing it the right way (let Google Translate pronounce 'Rammstein' in German) and Siri doesn't recognize it or you're pronouncing it the wrong way (let Google Translate pronounce 'Rammstein' in English) and Siri expects the German pronunciation.
What does Siri have against Rammstein?
