Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities! If you are having issues with JavaScript in Safari on your iPhone, you may want to check the setting noted in the following article:
Allow JavaScript
JavaScript is on by default. To change your settings, tap Settings > Safari > Advanced and turn JavaScript on or off. JavaScript lets web programmers control elements of the page. For example, a page that uses JavaScript might show the current date and time or cause a linked page to appear in a new pop-up page.
If you disable JavaScript, you might prevent some unwanted pop-ups. But you might need JavaScript on in order for some websites to work.
