Need more latency on bluetooth headphones

I Have a pair of Meelectronics bluetooth headphones that used to work just fine until I upgraded my iPad Air to iOS9. Now when I watch Netflix or a YouTube video, I hear the sound too soon. So, I suppose my question is: Is there a way to delay the sound on the iPad when streaming it via Bluetooth? I estimate that the sound and video are out of sync - with the sound too soon - by about 400 ms.
