Ever since I set up family sharing, iTunes deleted music from all devices

I Set up family sharing, and ever since then, iTunes deleted some music from all my devices. It's also not found in the purchased section of iTunes

iPhone 5c, iOS 8.4

You've checked to see if you've hidden them from the cloud : Hide and unhide purchases in iTunes or iBooks on your Mac or PC - Apple Support ?
