Q: can't autherize my laptop


hey I can't download my stuff I have on ITunes because it says I have to "authorize" my computer in the store menu, HOW DING DONGS! YOU DON'T SHOW ME HOW! I DON'T SEE ANYTHING SAYING AUTHERIZE COMPUTER! anybody have any ideas?

For a computer running Mac OS X, move the cursor to the very top of the computer's screen, click on Store or Account in the menu bar, and choose Authorize this Computer.

For a computer running Windows, click here, follow the instructions, click on Store or Account in the menu bar, and choose Authorize this Computer.

    If you're not able to Authorize your computer, or it says that you already have 5 authorized, Select "View Account" from the iTunes account Drop down.

     

    Once you're in there you should be able to see "Deauthorize all" under your account information.

     

    This option will allow you to remove any unauthorized computers that are currently being allowed access to your account.
