Q: iPhone 6 touch screen becomes unresponsive

My iphone 6 touch screen has become very unresponsive on recent days and now its become really uncomfortable to use the phone as I have to locked and unlock the phone when I have to use.

i Tried all the methods which expla on internet such as hard reset/ full restore of the phone. But still it's the same.

iPhone 6, iOS 9.1
