Cannot log in to FaceTime/Imessage on iPad 3rd

For past week I suddenly cannot Log in to either service. States ERROR OCCURRED. Have followed several threads, done all resets, logged out and back in and nothing works!!

My iPhone, iPad mini, 5 Mac laptops and desktops ALL WORKING FINE!!

Anyone with any ideas please respond! I know this was a recognized problem with iPads with OS 8 update last year. Running 9.1 now.
