Are there any new developments into the blurred camera issue from last update?
Still need help with this.

What "blurred camera issue" are you referring to?

When I updated my phone last my camera is now all blurry and won't focus. I have tried all the suggestions that have been posted and nothing has fixed it.
It's most likely an issue with your individual device and not something that Apple is going to address with an update. When you say you've tried "all the suggestions," does that include taking your phone to the Apple Store Genius Bar to have the hardware evaluated? If not, that's your last step in the process.
I Live 450 km (6hr away) from the nearest store.
OK. List all the things you've tried so that we can make sure you done everything before you make your appointment and drive all that way. Have you restored as a NEW device - that is, not loading a backup file and just testing with no new apps loaded, no contacts or anything loaded of your own? Testing as an "out of the box" device?
YES. I have followed all the directions from all the others people that have posted the exact same issue after the last update.
I Have turned phone off and on.
i have held down the camera button.
I Have reset to factory settings.
I Have followed all the advice on iPhone forums to try and fix the problem that others are having.
I Live in the centre of NSW and cannot get to an Apple Store.
Then you have done everything possible from a user troubleshooting standpoint. You have a hardware problem and must replace the device, or send it in for service or out-of-warranty replacement by Apple. You should contact Apple using the link at the bottom of every page of this forum to discuss your options. Best of luck.
