For info these are user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple - I've asked the hosts to remove the email address from your post.

If it's your account then you can reset the password via http://iforgot.apple.com

If it's somebody else's account that the phone is locked to then you will have to contact that person and ask him/her to remove the phone from their account : Turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support.

Or if you were the original purchaser of the phone (i.e. it wasn't bought used) you could try going to an Apple Store or contacting Support online (http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww) and see if they can/will remove the phone from the account - they are likely to want to see proof of ownership (e.g. original receipt with the phone's serial number on it) before they might help.
