How can I find new added data between two Numbers documents?

I have problem with managing the contact list using Numbers. I export the list from Linkedin after connecting with a few more new friends. So how can I find new added contacts between my current version and latest one in Numbers?

Hi Dummysv,

Numbers will not reference between documents. You will need both lists in the same Numbers document.

This method looks up names in the new list for a match in the old list.

User uploaded file

Formula in B2 of New List (and Fill Down)

=VLOOKUP(A2,Old List::A,1,FALSE)

If there is no exact match, it shows an red error triangle (a new contact).

Regards,

Ian.
