Q: My iPhone 4's has not been able to back up since September 25 I have tried all the solutions I have seen online and taken it to the Verizon Store still the backing up.. Why?

My iPhone 4s has not been able to back up (automatically or manually) since September 24.  I have tried all the online helps and have taken it to Verizon

still not back up.  Why?  What am I suppose to do?

iPhone 4s (8GB), iOS 9.1

    I can understand how not having a currect backup of your iPhone would be frustrating. The comfort of having that backup available in case of data loss is always important. Let's see if we can get you back on the road to enjoying your iPhone.

     

    It is not clear from your post whether you are trying to make your backup using iTunes or iCloud. If one is not working, you may want to try the other. See this article - How to back up your devices using iCloud or iTunes.

     

    If iCloud backup is not working, I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article - Get help backing up your device in iCloud.
