Q: I can't activate my iPhone because I don't remember my Apple ID, I have all documents for this IPhone(not stolen)

do in order to login here at ASC or to visit the App Store, iTunes store, etc....
So if you did that, and have one identifier for all things Apple, you'd have used it
to login to post here.
If all Apple logins do not use your AppleID with password, you should read the Apple
Support document provided in the earlier post. And with proof of purchase/ownership
you may be able to get hands-on support, at point-of-sale where you bought the unit.

Not sure if it may be possible to activate the iPhone with a new Apple ID, if you were
to get another; or have Apple combine any other official IDs into a new one for you.
Uncertain if by posting images of documents, that any security breech concerning
the content information about your iPhone, may exist. Should personal info there
be private or enable someone to mimic you elsewhere, I'm not sure.

Apple Support - Russia
Since you appear to be in Russia or a nearby region, there are fewer options for
local 'official support' given there usually aren't official Apple Stores. If you bought
the iPhone from a wireless carrier in a package plan with cellular contract, they
may be able to help.
If it helps, you may try an online translation service site such as this:
