im having trouble with my iphone 6, since the update it keeps freezing, and then after it freezes i cant swipe down for my notifications and even when i've read a message it says its unread, i have to restart it every time! i don't have an apple store here and dont have time to call apple. HELP please 🙂

Hey i've tried this, that's how i restart it every time but it still does it. know if there's a way i can do it without having to lose everything off my phone? any other ideas as to why it's doing this?
There is nothing to worry about if youdo backup on regular basis.
