bulging iPod battery
My iPod 30Gb has developed a bulge at the top of the case and has discolored screen. I suspect that it may be a battery problem Is there any danger from this device?

Using devices with damaged battery is always a danger. Don't connect it to your computer and don't change it until you take it to the Genius Bar or any other service provider and have everything checked.
