No, I don't think hard copies of anything published by Apple have existed for many years now.

But you can find various 3rd party books that are likely better than the user guide, like

Pay attention to what version of Pages you are actually using. A 2009 guide will not be very useful for Pages 5 released in 2013.

The latest official Apple documentation for each release of Pages v5 is in the Help menu. There is no traditional user guide for Pages v5 as there was for Pages '09. Probably because there are so few features. 😉
