I have a doubt about the apple tv control remote. I read in a several communities here, where the message is buy a new apple tv remote control. If I buy a new apple tv remote control, it will work without issues?

You can pair Apple TV with CiderTV app for mac without remote.But you need to reset AppleTV via iTunes app.
With osx app you can control Apple TV via bluetooth.
After that you can pair Remote app or CiderTV for iOS
