Q: No sound on iPad, I have checked mute and rebooted

I no sound on my iPad 3, it went when using FaceTime. I have tried rebooting checked that mute button is off on bottom bar.

iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi + Cellular, iOS 9.1

Hi Heather,

If your iPad isn't playing any audio, then I suggest that you go through the troubleshooting steps in the link below.

If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker
