Q: Installed El Capitan

Installed El Capitan and my mail folders (normal and smart) disappeared together with most emails received and sent. Only Inbox and Sent (iCloud) remains. Where Do I find where Mail stores messages and how do I get them back??

Try re-indexing the mailboxes. This can take awhile if you have a lot of mail.

Reindex messages For El Capitan, try looking in V3.
