Q: New Computer old Itunes, what happened to my music?

I bought a new computer (HP spectre x360) I added Itunes but using my same e-mail none of my old music is coming up. What do I do or is that lost to my new computer. I still have my old IPod and my old I phone (I'll have to charge that to use it). Is there anyway to upload from them?
