missing music on iTunes

Hi,

I have recently realised I have some music on my iPhone (mp3 ripped fom a CD) that I cannot see on iTunes under the iPhone selection. How is that possible and how can I delete it from my iPhone?

I have an iPhone 5 still under iOS7, I'mm probably upgrade to iOS9 next week-end.
