Ipad not restorable

Hi there,

I have an ipad which is acting very oddly. It sees the wifi but will come back with password error everytime. I cannot reset to factory because i can't turn off the find my iphone app. It will not reset using itunes either boots straight into ios. I have tried everything i can think of reset all the settings, reset the network setting, can't restore to factory because i can't turn off the find my iphone because i have no internet connection.

Any ideas?
