How do I use a work Apple ID on a personal Mac?

I have two different Apple ID: one for work, and one personal. I use the the work ID for syncing and using music for my job, but I have to use my own Macbook. However, due to the limit of one Apple ID per device, my Macbook is locked in that 90 day waiting period to switch, making me unable to use my personal ID for my own music and movies. Is there a workaround to have both IDs work interchangeably?

For music, yes, just put all the AAC and MP3 files into a single iTunes library.

For movies, no. Movies are DRM protected, and can only be played on a computer or device that is authorized to that account.
