zip software for mac os ans windows

hail other users.i use a mac for personel and some times work, at work use windows office ans 365 for email, what if any is best software for zip and unzip files o use on both OSX and MS WORD/ OFFICE 365, seems alot of products out there so a mac osx users knowledge required please
