MBP internet issues
Hello all, this is my first post. I'm not really sure where to put this, so if I have misplaced this post just let me know.
A while back I had two very slow internet sources available to me. I found software on the internet that would allow me to combine these sources. It required that I mess around with nodejs and alter some things, but for the time that I used it I didn't really notice too many issues. Now I have faster internet and I would like to get rid of the changes I made to my computer, though I'm not sure of how to do this. Any help would be much appreciated!
I am only having a couple of issues with it. The biggest issue is that Skype has stopped working. And also when I try to use speedtest it reports that my download speed is 70+ when it should only be 15 at most.
These are the steps I followed to install and run the software:
I downloaded and installed nodejs - http://nodejs.org/
Opened up nodejs as admin
Installed dispatch proxy: npm install -g dispatch-proxy
From there I ran the program in terminal. (New Command: dispatch start --http)
Then after that all I did was select the ip-addresses that I wanted to use (New Command: dispatch start --http ip-address1 ipaddress-2)
My Computer:
15-inch mid 2012 MBP
2.6 GHz Intel Core i7
16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
currently running OSX 10.10.3
MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)
