iPad Pro - Storage needs when taking notes

If I use the iPad Pro for taking notes using the Apple Pencil - what kind of storage should I be looking at ?. Is 32GB enough OR should I think about getting the 128GB.

I am a student and would like to take notes, drawings, etc. captured during the course of a class. What storage should I choose when buying the iPad Pro?
