DVD Drives Not working

I'm not sure what has happened. I went to burn a disk today, and could not do it on either drive. When I inserted a disk, in either drive, I got the regular first screen, when I always go to ignore, and after that, nothing. Does the same thing with CD's or DVD's.

I have shut down the system, and re-booted, but that didn't work.

Both drives still recognize CD's and DVD's that have been previously recorded, or Program disks.

I used the Drives to burn a couple of disks two days ago, and there were no problems.

I am trying to backup some photos to DVD's as my secondary protection.
