Move to End of Previous Track

Is there a keyboard shortcut or menu item to move the audio segment on the next tract to the end of previous track. For example if I wanted to ad an advertisement on track 2 to the end of a voice narrative on track 1.

Mac mini, iOS 8.1.3

I don't think there is one single Key Command, but you can use two Key Commands to do the same thing:

Go to End of Last Region (opt+return): This moves the Playhead to the right border of the last Region
Move Region to Playhead Position (semicolon): This moves the selected Region(s) to the Playhead Position
