I fed up ... tried everything on the web even downgrading iTune didn't work. I am not able to sync new music which were added to iTune Library. The appear as dotted circle once I explore music on iPhone via iTune. Need your genius help ppl.

All of the above didnt work at all. Now the issue extended to my iPhone5 and my mini iPad too.
This problem is extremely frustrating.
I'm also having the same problem, tried everything you said. Deleted all the music from my mobile and now i cant sync any new songs to my phone so left with 0 songs. Can you please let me know whether have found an answer to this problem. If yes please share what you did.. TIA!
I think it's about time to move out of apple eco ego system. I can't live without my music ... thanks apple fans for the support
