How do I restore a backup from a different phone?
I want to restore a backup from my previous 3gs onto my latest 3gs. Is this possible, and if so, how do I do it?

it sounds like you have an iOS device that you want to restore to your newer one. Deepening on whether or not you have the backup in iTunes or iCloud the process is different but this article should help you do that:
