How does one change address under billing info after moving from UK to Sri Lanka?

I created my apple store login details when I lived in the US. When I moved to the UK, I had no issues changing billing address. However, now in Sri Lanka, I am unable to change the country under my billing details from UK to Sri Lanka, due to which I am unable to download any apps for my iphone products. I need to urgently download some Sri Lankan apps and would appreciate it if someone who knows what I should do to change my billing info could advice me.

What happens when you try to change the country/region, and then billing details, on your account : Change your iTunes Store country or region - Apple Support ?

Thank you very much for the link to change country settings directly through the settings for itune store on my ipad. I was able to change the billing details and access the appstore.
