Q: caller id option not on iPhone 6s

just got new iPhone 6S with Virgin Cellular and notice in phone settings that show caller ID option and call waiting are not among choices what is the issue.

Hey rekindle,

If your cellular service provider is using a CDMA network you may need to contact them to have caller ID set up. See this article for reference - Call forwarding, call waiting, and other call features on iPhone.
