iPhone 6S micro scratches on the screen

I have a month old 6S space gray. I just noticed while looking at my phone under the sun that so many micro scratches seem to have appeared on the screen. This phone hasn't gone through anything that should have caused this. They are only visible with screen off under the sun but I'm so disappointed that they are there. How are yours holding up?
