remove yesbackup

I have this dialogue box which comes on my screen from time to time-anyone know how to get rid of it? Even when I tick saying don't show again it still pops up and its annoying me!

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3), Steirnberg UR22 interface

YesBackup/ Advanced Mac Cleaner.

Remove Advance Mac Cleaner.
