Truncated titles in Movie list, is there a way to view the whole title?

I have an old Touch 2G that I use to watch downloaded TV show episodes while on break and I have a real problem with my titles being truncated before the episode numbers. Is there an app or any other way to get the titles to show?

I also ordered a Touch 4G which hasn't arrived yet. Are the Movie titles truncated the same as on the 2G? If so are there any solutions for the 4G titles?
