Last week,I bought a iPad air from apple store in HK.I applied a apple ID with iCloud mail.
The problem is I could login the store with this apple ID but couldn't download apps.Then I used my friend account for another chance,also useless.
Today morning,I made a call with support center,tried many ways they told and till now,it still out of status.
Help!

1.Reset networks.
2.Reset the device
3.Modified the DNS
4.Restart iPad
One more,I bought it in HK and used it in China.
Is your iTunes account in the HK App Store or the China App Store?
If you are physically located in China, you should be using an account
in the China App Store. When you try to download an app, what is
the exact complete wording of the error message received?
It's China.
No wording message,I can login with this account,but just log in.The downloading logo is always rotating without nothing downloaded.
Now,I have to download a app named apple assistant,downloading apps directly without account,although it's unsafety for apple device,but it's the only way for me currently.
