A canadian in IPhoto ordering a Calendar to be shipped to USA. The system only allows shipment to Canada. How can I change to USA?

Set the Print Products Store in the "iPhoto Preferences > Advanced" to the United states.

You have to use a billing address, an AppleID, and a credit card valid in the United States as well, for the billing address and shipping address need to be in the same country.
