System Preferences:Trackpad. Tap to Click

Hello


I am using an iMac and have recently downloaded OS X El Capitan.

I use a bluetooth trackpad On various website I turn off the tap to click option in system preferences. I sometimes use press down to click instead. But I cannot find this option when opening system preferences. Is this option still avaliable?

If anyone is aware of how to turn this option on/off when using the bluetooth trackpad then please do notify me, thank you for your time.

iMac, iOS 7.0.4
