Dear apple Inc customer service,


I have bought an Iphone 6S this November 23 from an authentic apple store agency in my country,Iran.



unfortunately there is a problem with the phone. It becomes offline and my phone losses antenna and my number becomes out of reach time by time and it looks as if the failure of my update of ios 9 version has caused this problem.



on the whole, I want you to check it out and help me with an update or problem solving action.

No. You didn't. Apple does not do business at all in Iran. You bought a gray market import that originated in a different country where Apple does do business.


You can not get support for the iPhone or any Apple product in Iran.
