If by "third party" you mean it's not installed by default by Apple, then all Safari Extensions are "third party". Find them in Safari's Preferences > Extensions.

Uninstall or disable any Safari Extension unless you understand its purpose and that you are certain you need it. No Safari Extensions are required for normal operation.

Safari is not performing well. Slow and not finding pages that I know are there. While investigating I happened on a Safari page that said "Third Party Extensions installed". There were three. I can not find that page again to uninstall them.

I don't know what that page might be either. Perhaps you loaded Safari's Help menu > Installed Plug-ins? Unless you installed some third party modification that page will be completely empty.

Read If Safari is slow, stops responding, quits unexpectedly, or has other issues - Apple Support. Under "Remove Internet plug-ins and other add-ons" please note that it describes two separate Library folders with equally separate contents. If in doubt, post the contents of each one.

Safari Preferences --> Extensions.  You can uninstall them there.  If your computer is responding slowly and sluggishly, there's probably a lot of third-party crapware on it causing the issues.  Go to http://www.etresoft.com/etrecheck and download/run EtreCheck.  Copy the status report and paste it here.  It'll give us a glimpse of your system and let us see what's on it at this time.

    • You've got a TON of malware on your system.  No wonder it's performing so slowly.  Download and run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for Mac.  It comes highly recommended, not just by people here, but by Apple Support staff, and it'll remove it for you neatly and cleanly.
    • Uninstall CleanMyMac.  Immediately.  It's as insidious as the malware I found.  No Mac user should ever download it for any reason.  Ever.
    • Uninstall Intego.  There is no virus currently in the wild that can do any damage to OS X, so you don't need an anti-virus program.  If you stay away from shady sites, don't download via torrents or aggregate websites (CNet, Softonic), Macs by themselves do a great job of protecting against any intrusions.

That system is so extensively hobbled by unnecessary "anti-virus", "cleaning" and / or "maintenance" products that it bears little resemblance to the Mac it once was. It is unreasonable to expect it to operate normally. Other than lighting up when you turn it on, it can't possibly be used for much else.

You also inadvertently installed adware. You do not need to download or install anything to fix it.

For a description of how this may have occurred, how to avoid it in the future, and for Apple's recommended actions read How to install adware. Apple's instructions are linked in the Recovery Procedure near the end of that document. Read and follow them carefully. Pay particular attention to the easily overlooked passages directing you to restart your Mac when required.

Review your Gatekeeper settings: OS X : About Gatekeeper - Apple Support. Gatekeeper is designed to help prevent you from inadvertently installing garbage software.

The overwhelming number of system modifications suggests remedial procedures for each of them will be impracticable, but I could provide those instructions if you wish. They will be time-consuming, and given the unknown effects from having used ill-conceived "cleaning" garbage success is far from assured. I recommend that you completely erase that Mac and rebuild it by reinstalling your essential software from original sources, then restoring documents and work products from the Time Machine backup, assuming they have not also been corrupted. How would you like to proceed?
