With a Windows computer, you should see the AutoRun dialog box open when you first plug in the iPhone, allowing you to select the Windows Import utility to import your photos. If you do not see this, you can open Computer, then right-click on the iPhone icon and in the menu you can select Import Photos. From there, they are generally imported to the Pictures library. This is the default action, unless you have made any changes to that. They are generally in a folder titled with the current date. Sending pictures to the device to the computer is handled by iTunes sync, and you have to check off a box in the Pictures tab once the device is connected to the computer. Jan 12, 2016 4:35 PM in response to MPG71by jaycaringal,If you have PC you can also connect your phone to PC
Go to My Computer
Find your iPhone
And you can just copy the photos there. (your iphone will be read by PC just like a flask Drive)
