hi there, I need to return an iMac 4k but have already set it up with my apple account!! Do you know if by Erasing the drive by pressing the command and R buttons and reinstalling the OSX will wipe all my personal data off??? thanks a lot!!

Yes, your data and account info will be erased. If you are returning it to Apple, they will wipe it clean anyway so your data is secure.
