How to swap a still in a video

Hi, can anyone help with this issue? I want to swap a still in a near completed video. When I do that - either the voiceover gets messed up or the voiceover is fine but the picture does not show even though it shows in the clip below. Need resolution urgently. How can I do this successfully? Thank you in advance!
