Separating musical notes from a chord track

I have a question:

One of my project tracks contains the harmony made by playing 4 finger chords, my question is: Do you know if Logic can chose the higher middle high , middle low or the lowest notes of the chords in order to copy those notes into another new track?

My goal is to assign the lowest notes for the deepest instruments and higher notes for not so deep instrumentes, for example:

Higher note: Violin

Middle high note : Viola

Middle low note: Cello

Low note: Double bass
