Recently purchased compilation album has "AAC" and "Purchased AAC" files?

Hi

I've recently bought a compilation album from the iTunes Store and I'm trying to import them into some third party software.

As I was importing I noticed that some were failing claiming that the file type was not supported. Further investigation in iTunes has found that some of the recent purchases are listed as "AAC Audio File" and some as "Purchased AAC Audio File".

The ones listed as purchased are fine and importing correctly. The others are not. Why are they different? Are these DRM protected? And if so, why? (I thought this ended in 2009) How do I get them to all be purchased types and working correctly?

Cheers!
