Can anyone shed some light on how to upload from iPhoto to instagram please,

Start with the obvious: What facilities does Instagram have for uploading?

There is no sharing option in iPhoto and I can only upload on my cell phone but have pics on my mac I'd like to share
You can use the Media Browser and/or export from iPhoto. But again, the key question is what facilities does Instagram have for uploading? That will decide how you do it.
