New iphone 6 is neither 'discoverable' or 'discovering' any blue-tooth devices. Have tried rebooting, resetting networking settings and restoring the phone and setting up as a 'new phone', but nothing is helping. Anyone have any other ideas?

What, exactly, are you trying to pair it with? Is the device you're trying to pair it with in pairing (discoverable) mode?
What kind of Bluetooth devices? It will not be discoverable to another iPhone, or mobile phone. It will not be discoverable to a computer either. Please explain what it is you are trying to do, and we can go from there.
Thanks guys. Have been trying to connect a wireless speaker, Logitech wireless adaptor, 'parrot' hand free for car and a pair of sleep phones. Appears the restore did the job and have now connected. Thanks for your time.
It would be nice if you shared what was wrong, in case other users end up here due to a search. If someone searches for Logitech, or Parrot, or Bluetooth, they could end up here. Was it a case of the speaker/adapter not being in discovery mode, or did it have to do with the iPhone?
Thanks Chrisj4203, I'm not a 100% sure what the solution was I'm afraid... to be honest, it could may have been my error, but after restoring the phone and setting up as a new phone and then restoring the back up I did prior to setting up as a new phone, I as was able to pair to all the devices mentioned.
